Florence Wanda is the Founder of African Fashion Week Minnesota & CEO of Lighthouse Business & Tax Solutions, a Small Business Capacity Building Firm and the Co-Founder and President of Field of Dreams Empowerment Center, a Community Based Organization.
Florence has a wealth of experience in engaging small businesses to achieve their potential and long-term goals. She is passionate in assisting small businesses to gain stability and longevity by engaging them in high level thinking, understanding their businesses, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, defining objectives, assisting businesses in setting goals and assisting businesses in the execution of identified strategies and expansion of market share.
Florence is a practicing professional in the areas of Strategic Business Planning, Capacity Building in Small Businesses, Merger & Acquisition, Marketing Strategies, Tax Strategies, Global Tax Administration Restructuring & Strategies, Small Business Incorporation, QuickBooks & Accounting, Small Business Tax Compliance, Tax Audit Defense, Transfer Pricing Expert, Business Audit, IRS Audit, Trained TADAT Assessor.
She has vast experience in African Fashion, Arts and Culture. Florence’s experience with African Fashion started as a supplier of African Clothing and Arts through Afro Vision International, a Family-Owned Business. Florence was involved in the premier of Black Expo in Saint Louis, Missouri, and a few years after before moving to Minnesota.
